What happens to the details you enter and the location you may choose to share.
Your answers stay with you
BiteHelp does not ask you to create an account. The details you choose are used to make the card on your device and are not saved by BiteHelp.
Your location
If you choose “Use my location to find care,” your browser asks for permission. If you agree, your coordinates are sent to BigDataCloud to identify the country and are kept in the page only for the current session. If you then open the nearby-care search, Google Maps receives the search and may receive those coordinates. You can decline and enter the country yourself.
When the connection is weak
Your device may keep a copy of BiteHelp so the page can open when the internet is slow or unavailable. You can remove that copy in your browser’s website settings.
Links to other services
The help-card form itself does not submit the medical details you enter to a BiteHelp server. The hosting provider may process standard technical request data, and any traffic analytics enabled by the site owner are separate from the card details. When you open Google Maps, WHO, CDC, Tally, or another website, that service follows its own privacy rules.
Optional survey
The feedback survey opens on Tally. Anything you enter there is sent to Tally and is separate from the help card made on this page. Do not include your name, passport number, exact address, or other identifying details.
Do not enter personal details
BiteHelp does not need your name, passport number, home address, email, or other identifying details. Only enter the details of the animal contact that the card asks for.
AI is not reading your answers
The live page does not send your form answers to an AI service.
Shared devices and copied cards
Clear your answers when you finish, especially on a shared device.
